  1. I totally forgot about the meeting room! What an awesome perk πŸ™‚

I’m down for any setup that has a split so that the kids can split and run wild. Picnic and round both seem good!

  2. At first I liked theatre because chairs are easy to move out of the way to make a big open space, but then maybe there wouldn’t be enough tables to use. I kind of like U because it leaves an open space in the middle and still has tables for use. But ultimately I don’t think it matters too much as I’m sure we’ll be moving stuff around. So basically we’re choosing round vs. rectangular tables and number of tables.

  3. square looks nice and nobody has to turn around. U-shape is kind of worse because it seems like there is a giant open wall on one side so the people across from it won’t have a very nice time when they look forward, although in square you just see your relatives on the opposite side of the table.

    1. As UC/5che said, we will end up moving it all around, and u lets somebody be in the middle. also, we can replace the middle of the u with a round one, so that we have more flexibility.

  5. is there an option for something like a chalkboard or whiteboard to hang in the room so we can write down when were meeting up that day or something like that?

    1. We can rent a whiteboard for $15 a day. There are also lots of other things we can rent. I will post a link to the handout so everyone can see and decide if there is anything we want.
